The “Keys Please! Creekside Realtor Bonus Program” promotion is only open to licensed Real Estate Agents within the State of Texas who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of participation. The $2,500 Buyer to Selling Agent Bonus is only available for eligible home sales in Creekside with purchase agreements written between October 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
The home must be sold in Creekside and must be constructed and sold by William Ryan Homes, Lennar Homes, Rockwell Homes, or UnionMain Homes to be eligible for the Realtor Bonus Program.
This promotion is limited to the first twenty (20) qualifying home purchase agreements written during the promotion period. To qualify for the bonus payment, the qualifying home purchase agreement must subsequently close. Contracts that are cancelled, terminated, or otherwise fail to close are not eligible for the bonus payment.
In the event multiple qualifying purchase agreements are executed on the same date and acceptance of all such agreements would cause participation to exceed the twenty (20) home limit, eligibility shall be determined based on the date and time reflected on the fully executed purchase agreement accepted by the participating builder. Spur Creekside LP’s determination of eligibility and order of qualification shall be final and binding.
This promotion is subject to the availability of allocated promotional funds. Spur Creekside LP reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or discontinue the promotion at any time once the budgeted promotional funds have been exhausted, regardless of the stated promotion period or whether twenty (20) qualifying contracts have been received. No bonus payment shall be due for contracts executed after promotional funds have been fully committed or exhausted.
To qualify for the Realtor Bonus Program, the Real Estate Agent must properly register the buyer with one of the participating builders and be identified as the selling agent on the builder’s purchase agreement. Spur Creekside LP reserves the right to request documentation necessary to verify eligibility, including but not limited to builder registration records, executed purchase agreements, and closing documentation.
The $2,500 Realtor Bonus will be paid by Spur Creekside LP following the successful closing of the home. Bonus payments will be made directly to the licensed Real Estate Agent identified on the builder’s purchase agreement and will be reported to the recipient on IRS Form 1099, as required by applicable law.
Limited to one (1) Realtor Bonus per qualifying transaction. If more than one Real Estate Agent, Broker, team member, or brokerage claims entitlement to a bonus payment related to the same home sale, Spur Creekside LP shall have sole discretion to determine eligibility based on the selling agent identified on the builder’s fully executed purchase agreement. Under no circumstances shall more than one bonus payment be made with respect to any single home sale transaction.
This offer is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another party. The Realtor Bonus may not be combined with any other developer-sponsored Realtor incentive unless expressly approved by Spur Creekside LP.
Spur Creekside LP reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Eligibility determinations made by Spur Creekside LP shall be final and binding.
